Concord Village City Center Downtown Casselberry Project Layout

Concord Village City Center Downtown Casselberry Rendering

Once complete the project will yield:

200 luxury apartments, 4 restaurants (all waterfront), beautiful water vistas including two lakes connected by a continuous flowing canal, upscale landscaping along wide sidewalks connecting the restaurants in front of City Hall to the park behind City Hall - Lake Concord Park. The two restaurants on Lake Concord (behind City Hall) will connect to the existing boardwalk across the lake creating a continuous beautiful walking path of parks, water vistas and landscape from Community United Methodist Church to Home Depot. There will be an Art Walk and the opportunity for “Pop Up Retail/Farmer’s Market/Art Walk/Small Concert venue between the two restaurants on the south side of City Hall. The Placemaking components (gathering places) are tremendous!

I think this project will greatly help casselberry, and bring more people towards our direction. I think this is also a great opportunity for casselberry to make money as well as have a nice, relaxing spot with a beautiful view

I thought the land where the old gas station used to be couldn't be built on due to a sink hole? Wasn't there an old project a few years ago that was cancelled because of it?

How long will this flyover project take. Just with the two resturants going up and pipes being layed around here it gets to be heckic. Not to mention the under cover police writing tickets. I believe this project will be wonderful for Casselberry but I hope the construction crews understand us residents don't wanna be push aside for new apartment tenants or construction messes. We wanna drive down our streets with ease, AND PRIDE

Kudos to the Commission for the downtown project! It's a focused and well-balanced effort that represents a focus for Casselberry. The blend of apartments, restaurants and public areas will tie this area together and will fit in nicely with the 436 flyover. Thanks for all the hard work. Let's approve this long-awaited project!

Finally, a project that will define Casselberry as an appealing option for young and old alike. Hope that the parties entrusted to make this project happen will continue their visionary thinking.

With the development of the Sunrail system, and the re-tooling of 436, the City Center will put Casselberry over the top as far as best places to live in Central Florida. All we need now is for a new beautiful Casselberry Golf Club sign. This has my family excited!

Great use of the space. It will attract young families and be a great space for existing families to come out in a pedestrian friendly, outdoor space.

Once completed would this put a stop to the food truck bizarre since they would be in direct competition with the new restaurants?

These plans make our city more appealing to young couples and families seeking an educated, green, arts and culture minded community - Casselberry!

Please support this project so the developer can begin breaking ground on Casselberry's future!
